Header
The page header shows:- Back to projects: returns you to the Projects list.
- Project name and a status badge for the project’s current stage. Stralos manages the status names; they are not a company setting.
- Client: the client the project is being prepared for, or Not set.
- Project team: a button shown to people who can manage the project’s team. It opens the project team sheet.
Widgets
Each widget is its own card and loads on its own. If one widget can’t load, it shows an error with a Retry button and the rest of the page is not affected.Next deadline
Next deadline counts down to the next upcoming date that still matters for the project’s stage:- While the project is a lead or being estimated: site visit, questions close, target submission and proposed start.
- Once submitted: decision expected, next follow-up and proposed start.
- Once awarded: proposed start and end.
- Once active: end.
Tender value and Estimate snapshot
Before a revision is submitted, Tender value shows the estimate’s current price and reads Not submitted yet. Once a revision is submitted, it shows the price that revision went out at. If the estimate has changed since, the current draft price is shown beside it. Estimate snapshot shows the estimate’s current figures and names the last submitted revision. An estimate with nothing priced reads Not priced yet rather than $0.Next actions and Project actions
Next actions lists the project’s open actions, soonest due first, with actions that have no due date last. Each action shows its kind (Task, Follow-up, Clarification, Quote, Review or Approval), who it is for, and when it is due.- Tick an action to mark it done. Select Show done to list finished actions; untick one to reopen it.
- Select Add action, enter what needs doing, and optionally choose the Kind, Who and Due date. Contractor guests can only give actions to themselves.
Estimate checks
Estimate checks shows:- Rate exceptions, as last counted: the number of rate exceptions recorded on the estimate, or None counted.
- Checks still to do: the tender submission checks not yet done, with a link to Open tender submission.
Key dates
Key dates lists the project’s dates in the order they happen on a tender:
For the four dates you set on the widget, select Add or Change, pick the date (and time), then select Save. Select Remove to clear one. Times are shown in the project’s time zone, so they read the same for everyone on the project.
Key documents
Key documents lists the documents your team has marked as key, grouped by type, with the revision read from each document’s title block. A document whose title block has not been read shows Rev not read yet. Select a document to open it. Under Suggested, the widget offers the newest drawing, specification, schedule of quantities and tender instructions that are not yet key, one per type. Select Mark as key to add one, or Remove from key to take a document off the list. Anyone on the project’s team can change the list, and everyone sees the same one. Select All documents to open the project’s Documents page.Risks and assumptions
Risks and assumptions reads the main estimate’s tender clauses and allowances:- Departures and clarifications: risks and assumptions are listed with their group. A suggested type that nobody has confirmed yet shows a Suggested badge. Exclusions, qualifications, departures and clauses with no type (clarifications) are counted under Other clauses.
- Provisional sums and quantities: each allowance with its amount. A provisional sum with no allowance reads Not set, and a provisional quantity not yet priced reads Not priced yet.
Project team and Contract basis
Project team shows the project’s leads and team members. Project leads and admins see everyone on the team; other people see the leads. Contract basis shows the contract form, on-site overhead, off-site overhead and profit, the number of contract documents, and any special conditions. With nothing saved, it offers Add contract details, which opens Contract basis in Project settings.Recent activity
Recent activity lists what changed on the project, newest first: status changes, actions added and done, team changes, the latest tender submission and approval request, and the five newest uploads. It shows up to 20 rows. If part of the activity can’t load, the rest still shows, with a Retry for the missing part.Chart and table views
Six widgets can show their information as a chart or as a list: Next actions, Tender readiness, Estimate snapshot, Estimate checks, Key dates and Risks and assumptions. Next actions and Risks and assumptions start as a list; the others start as a chart. Use the view toggle in the widget’s header to switch. The toggle appears only when the widget has something to chart and you are not customising the page. Your choice is saved with your layout.Customise your layout
