Stralos is a tendering and estimating platform for commercial construction teams. It is designed around the way estimators and commercial teams work: gather tender information, understand the scope, measure quantities, build prices, review commercial risk, and prepare a submission.

Who uses Stralos

  • Estimators build and maintain the estimate workspace.
  • Commercial managers review tender readiness, risk, margin, and pricing assumptions.
  • Project managers use project context and documents as estimates move toward award.
  • Rates managers maintain reusable pricing and supplier data.
  • Administrators support sign-in, project setup, pricing defaults, locations, and controlled lists.

What Stralos does

Stralos keeps the core estimating objects connected:
  • Projects link to clients, locations, status, and one estimate workspace.
  • Documents feed the AI suggestion pipeline and remain available for review.
  • Takeoff measurements and work items carry quantities into pricing.
  • Rates and activities provide reusable cost structures.
  • TAGs capture assumptions, clarifications, obligations, and risk.

Review-first AI

Stralos uses AI to accelerate document review, not to silently mutate estimate data. Suggestions are grouped by area, carry confidence and source context where available, and remain pending until a user accepts, edits, re-files, or rejects them.

Current foundation

The product foundation connects project setup, shared pricing data, documents, estimates, and AI suggestions. The help centre keeps everyday workflows separate from internal architecture so teams can find practical guidance without mixing it with implementation detail.
